The eighth Christmas showcase contest, organized by the Department of Commerce of the City of Cartagena, already knows its winners after the jury's decision.
The originality when recreating a marine Christmas atmosphere and the use of wrought iron and glass pieces made by the Glass Museum have caused Ecobío Tu Herbolario to be the trade that has won the first prize of the contest, which is an advertising campaign in the La Opinion newspaper, valued at 1,000 euros.
Machine by Bassico has achieved second place for originality and innovation by transforming a dress into a Christmas tree.

Likewise, the pharmacy Gloria Sánchez Zapata, of Los Urrutias, has won the third prize for including representative pieces of the Christmas holiday.
Your prize will be to include your logo on the social networks of the Department of Commerce and in the promotion through municipal channels.
Finally, the jury, composed of the City of Cartagena, the Autonomous Community, COEC and the Chamber of Commerce, has decided to grant two second prize.
Thus, Almacenes Solano, of La Aljorra, is one of the shops recognized for the use of representative pieces of the Christmas holidays;
while Little Moma has also achieved a leading role in innovation in terms of the elements used in the decoration.
The second deputy mayor and councilor of Commerce, Manuel Padín, wanted to congratulate the winners and the participants, 14 in total, for their involvement in a contest that already has eight editions and seeks to promote sales in the small commerce of the city, adding to business to live even more intensely if the holiday season fits.
“It is wonderful to walk the streets, see the windows decorated with Christmas motifs and enter the shops to do our shopping.
Working side by side you can achieve great things and that will be the method of work that we will continue in Commerce during this term, â€said the mayor, who also thanked the collaboration of the newspaper La Opinion and Radio Cartagena Cadena SER in the contest .
The windows must remain adorned with Christmas motifs until January 6.
The awards ceremony will be on January 14, 2020, in the Reception Hall of the City Hall, starting at 12:30 pm.
