Under the slogan 'You are one step away from saving three lives', the City Hall has become this Thursday, December 19, at the headquarters of the traditional blood donation marathon organized by Cadena SER and the Regional Hemodonation Center next to the Cartagena City Council, and this year marks its twelfth edition.
Health personnel have pointed out that from 9:30 a.m., at which time the doors have been opened, until the end of the day during the morning at 2 p.m., 153 people have been treated to determine whether or not they could donate blood, from 130 of which have been effective donations compared to 95 last year, with 20 new donors compared to other marathons.
The exhibition hall on the ground floor of the building has been the place where all attendees have been attended, where the morning program of Cadena SER Cartagena has also been carried out.
The marathon will continue in the afternoon for all those who have not been able to attend this morning from 4pm to 9pm.
To those who attend, the City Council of Cartagena will deliver a gift pot and may attend for free all those who wish so to the next meeting of FC Cartagena against the Yeclano Deportivo on December 21 to be held in the municipal stadium Cartagonova.
