The Local Police of Cartagena on Tuesday has seven new inspectors, agents who have ascended and have now taken office in an act chaired by the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, in the Ceremony Hall of the City Hall.
Together with the relatives of the new officers, the Councilor for the Area of ​​Public Safety, Juan Pedro Torralba, and the mayor of the Interior Area, Esperanza Nieto, also attended the event.
With this restructuring of the workforce, the Local Police will be reinforced by having more controls and adding the new agents that are currently being trained and will ensure the safety of the citizens of Cartagena, said the mayor during the act.
In addition, the mayor has announced that, 'whenever budgets allow', work will continue to increase the number of troops.
