The dean of the official College of Architects of the Region of Murcia (COAMU), María José Peñalver Sánchez, accompanied by her board of directors, were received this Wednesday by the Vice Mayor, Noelia Arroyo, on her first official visit to the City of Cartagena after the renovation of the dome of the school last May.
The leaders of the College have offered their technical collaboration to the municipal Government throughout the process of preparing a new General Urban Planning Plan so that the final document is a fully updated standard.
In the architects' opinion, the need to renew the plan must be understood as an opportunity to incorporate all the sustainability guarantees and take advantage of the new opportunities that urbanism can provide as a generator of development.
