The Local Government Board, meeting this morning, under the presidency of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has accepted the transfer of land that will form the access roads to the new commercial area that will be built next to the Santa Ana Residential Estate.
Specifically, it refers to the vials that will allow customers and supply trucks to enter the supermarket that will be built on the former land of a vehicle dealership.
The plot has been acquired by a chain of Asturian origin.
The old facilities of the dealership have already been demolished, as a previous step to the next start of the works.
The project includes the construction of a roundabout in the former national 301, to allow the entry and exit of vehicles with fluidity, through this route.
Within the urban planning section, the Government Board has also accepted the transfer of other public roads in Playa Honda that were part of a condition of an urban planning license and initially approved the reparcelación project and the change of management, from compensation to direct agreement , of the execution unit 5.2 of the Peri of Isla Plana, which covers an area of ​​about 2,500 meters by the sea.
The Governing Board has also approved this midday the suspension of the acoustic quality objectives in various areas of the Old Town where activities will be scheduled these Christmas holidays that include sound reproduction.
The measure is within the provisions of environmental legislation and has had the favorable report of the municipal department of environment.
The suspension will cover from November 29 to February 2.
