The Finance and Interior Commission, chaired by the councilor of the area, Esperanza Nieto, has been informed today of the absence of allegations to the municipal budgets of the year 2019, initially approved by a municipal past and that have been exposed to the public during a month.
This entails the final approval of the same and their account in the next municipal plenary.
During the commission, the execution of the extended budget for 2019 at the end of the third quarter has also been reported.
The figures provided by the Municipal Treasury indicate that as of September 30, the City Council had recognized income rights of almost 170 million euros, which represents 83.6 percent of the budget, effectively entering about 144 million.
Regarding expenses, on that same date, expenditure commitments amounting to about 153 million euros had been made, 77.8 percent of those budgeted, while 95 percent of the obligations had been liquidated and paid net, which accounted for about 110 million.
The report also notes compliance with the budget stability standard showing a financing capacity of about 7.3 million euros.
Similarly, the level of living debt of a financial nature stood at about 46.7 million euros and commercial debt, including that of commercial debt with deferred payment agreements, at about 29 million.
Finally, as for the average period of monthly payment to suppliers, it has been located according to the report within the parameters established by law and has varied between 30.51 days in September and 19.3 days in August .
Finally, among other matters, the commission has approved the minutes of its October 28 session in which the initial approval of the 2019 budgets was favorably ruled. The drafting of the minutes has been supported by the municipal government members, while that those of Mc Cartagena and United We-IU have voted against, and Vox has abstained.
The reason for dissent when considered incomplete.
That is why they had requested that various considerations about the proposed budget presented by the municipal government be included, which they said had not been formulated in a timely manner and that have been rejected by the members of the municipal government.
