The Municipal Neighborhood Boards of La Palma and La Puebla-La Aparecida were constituted this Tuesday, November 26, after the inauguration of their nine members and the election of their respective presidents.

La Palma was made up of the following members: by the Popular Party, Antonio Pérez Cervantes, María del Carmen Velázquez Pérez and Pedro Obradors Rosique;

by the PSOE, Tania Alarcón Angosto and Diego Martínez Martínez;

by MC Cartagena Francisco Ramón Tenedor and María Antonia Pérez Galindo;

for Citizens, José Joaquín López Molina;

and by Vox José Miguel Villegas Piedra.

Finally, President Pedro Obradors, of the Popular Party, who repeats in office was elected.

The election took place in the second round with a simple majority, since the first required an absolute majority and the result was 4 votes to the Popular Party, 2 to MC Cartagena, 1 for Vox and two blank votes.

Among those attending the constitution of the board of La Palma were the councilors of the government team and the municipal corporation Noelia Arroyo, Manuel Padín, David Martínez, María Casajús, Cristina Mora, Cristina Pérez, Diego Ortega, Enrique Pérez, Arancha Pérez, Isabel García, María José Soler and Gonzalo Abad.

For his part, the election of president of the Neighborhood Board of La Puebla-La Aparecida also required a second round.

First the vowers swore or promised their positions: for the Popular Party Francisco Soto Sánchez, Juan Manuel Ayaso Martínez and Jaime Baeza García;

by MC Cartagena Santiago León Baños, Francisco Javier Arroyo Sánchez and José Sánchez Gracia;

by the PSOE, Manuel Macanás Tomás;

by Citizens Justo González Segado;

and by Vox, Bartolomé Costa García.

Then they proceeded to vote president, a position that falls back to Juan Manuel Ayaso of the Popular Party, being the result, in the first round, of 4 votes for the Popular Party, 4 for MC Cartagena and 1 for Vox, a tie that was resolved in Second round, with 5 votes to the Popular Party and 4 to MC Cartagena.

Present in the act of constitution of this neighborhood meeting, the mayor Noelia Arroyo, Manuel Padín, Juan Pedro Torralba, María Casajús, Cristina Mora, Cristina Pérez, Diego Ortega, Enrique Pérez, Arancha Pérez, Isabel García, María José Soler and Gonzalo Abbot.

On Wednesday night, it is planned that from 20:00 hours the Municipal Neighborhood Board of Los Dolores will be constituted, in the social premises, and at 9:30 pm that of Perín, also in its social premises.
