The Subjective Room "Nicomedes Gómez" of the City Hall has been hosting the Self-Distorsion exhibition, reflections of the imperceptible, of the young multidisciplinary artist María Briones Ballester (Cartagena 1995).
The exhibition is organized by the Department of Youth of the City of Cartagena that allocates this room to the emerging artists of the city.
At the opening of this Thursday at 7:00 p.m., the Councilor for the Culture and Youth Area, David Martínez Noguera, is scheduled to attend.
According to its author, each one of the exhibited works forms an identity through which one does not look, reflected on everyday objects in which we are able to project existential fears and insecurities.
The exhibition, which will be exhibited until January 24, 2020, can be visited from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
You can also visit Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., as well as Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
