Elite and amateur athletes from all over the country will meet this Sunday, November 24, in the most emblematic places of our coast such as the Protected Natural Area of ​​the Sierra de la Muela, Cabo Tiñoso and Roldán by the XIII Jimbee Trail Cartagena.

Will be more than 500 athletes who congregate this test, chosen as 'Regional Team Championship' of the Mountaineering Federation of the Region of Murcia, which has been presented this Friday, November 22 at the City Hall at the hands of the councilor delegate of Sports, Diego Ortega, together with the president of the Cartagena Excursionist Center, Salvador Inglés, the race director, Toni Egea and the manager of the Jimbee Cartagena Futsal, Juan Giménez.

Marathon of 44km and Promo of 18km are the two tests that make up this mountain race with sea views, organized by the hiking center and the federation, and sponsored by the Jimbee, which is already positioned as a benchmark in the world of this type of races nationwide.

The marathon test will start at the Church of the Immaculate Conception of La Azohía at 8 am in the morning and finish at the Palacio de los Deportes with the categories Absolute, Promise and Veterans.

For its part, the tour of the Promo mode will be circular with departure at 9 am and finish at the Palacio de los Deportes, with the participation mostly of Junior category.
