A group of professors from Austria, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Greece and Spain participating in the Erasmus + program visited the Consistorial Palace of Cartagena on Wednesday, November 20.
These are 16 teachers, part of the European project Let's Go cultural, which is being carried out at the CEIP Antonio de Ulloa.
The Councilor for Education of Cartagena, Irene Ruiz, has received them in the lobby of the City Hall.
The visit of this historic building in Cartagena is part of the itinerary of cultural visits that this group of teachers is carrying out throughout the week.
They are also carrying out activities to learn about local heritage, such as pottery and gastronomy workshops, and tourist routes through the city's historical and archeological heritage.
The mayor of Education said that "the goal we have is that these people can then be the best ambassadors of our Cartagena."
Let´s go cultural is a project that aims to strengthen the exchange of knowledge between different countries in Europe.
The Department of Education of the City of Cartagena collaborates in this community initiative that aims to strengthen ties between European citizens.
