On Sunday, November 17, Pozo Estrecho hosted the “V Encuentro Galileo” that was held in the Plaza of the Santa Cecilia Musical Artistic Society, by the Department of Social Services of the City Council of Cartagena and the Columbares Association.
This activity is framed within the Community Intervention project that is developed in the Cartagena delegation and whose objective is to make visible the numerous associative fabric, work in a network, be a space for coexistence and value the existing cultural diversity in Pozo Estrecho.
The opening of the V Encuentro Galileo was in charge of the mayor, Ana Beln Castejn, at 10.30 am, followed by numerous activities such as children's workshops, musical animation, exhibitions and exhibitions, as well as sports activities, which also included the presence of the councilor of the Area of Culture and Youth, David Martnez.
The awards ceremony of the I Photography Contest of the Neighborhood Association was also held.
All associations and groups put an informative stand with their activities together with the performance of the Santa Cecilia Musical Artistic Society, together with the dance group of the AMPA Ceip San Fulgencio, the performance of the Carthalistenia Association and the La Caridad Rociero Choir of Cartagena.
