The beginning of the construction works of the new school of La Aljorra is getting closer and closer.

And, this Friday, November 15, the Official State Gazette (BORM) publishes the authorization for exceptional use on non-developable land for the construction of the new CEIP in the Cartagena deputation.

The documentation will now be submitted to public information for a period of 20 days, in which the interested parties may examine it and make the allegations they deem relevant.

This is another step in the absolute unlocking of the construction of the school of La Aljorra.

“On October 30, we received in the City Council, by the Ministry of Education, the draft of the school of La Aljorra.

In just 15 days, municipal technicians have prepared the required reports so that the authorization for exceptional land use could be published as quickly as possible in the BORM, ”said the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Bel�n Castej�n.

Once the public information period has elapsed, the Autonomous Community will be able to take out the construction of the educational center, as demanded by the residents of the Deputation of La Aljorra, and the City Council can then address, under the 2020 budget, the second phase of the urbanization works of the school plot.
