The Lyric Company of Zarzuela of Madrid brings this Friday, November 15, the zarzuela 'The bunch of roses' to the Apollo Circus Theater of El Algar at 9.30 pm in two acts.
This zarzuela, called Madrid sainete, is one of the three basic pillars on which the complete work of maestro Pablo Sorozábal is based.
In it the teacher introduced new rhythms that, so far, had not been used in zarzuela and this led to a resounding success, as it was programmed to replace a very short space of time that had been left without programming and became Poster over two years.
At present it is one of the most representative works of the Zarzuela and very demanded, because to its beautiful music you have to add a fun libretto where the viewer enjoys and recreates from beginning to end.
The staging of this show carefully takes care of the costumes and styling of these years, in order to show the customs and forms that so characterized this era.
The cast has some of the most consolidated and relevant lyric figures in this country that give this production a lyrical level of excellent quality.
The comic part of the zarzuela is in the hands of the best singing actors in charge of representing in the best companies of this country these characters that develop in parallel a comic vision of the plot.
They are habitual actors both among the great Zarzuela Festivals and in the National Classical Theater Company.
