Next Friday, November 15, the Ramn Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center will host the comedy play at 7pm 'What the flight took' to benefit the Association of Personality Disorders in Cartagena, Region and Mar Menor (ATPCartagenaM ) by the Algameca Theater Group in collaboration with the Department of Culture.
This charity event was presented on Monday, November 11 at the City Hall by the Councilor of the Culture Area, David Martnez, together with the president of the association, Maria del Carmen Gutirrez, and Fini Izquierdo of the Algameca Theater Group.
The proceeds from the tickets will go to the launch of the workshop 'Caring for the caregiver', “the caregiver is the key to a person with personality disorder,” says the councilor during the presentation, “getting to forget his own life because his attention lies in helping the sick relative. ”
Thus contributing to the dissemination of the work of all of them, who already have World Caregiver Day, celebrated on November 5 and whose objective is to value the emotional overload they carry in their day to day.
The workshop will aim to reduce and prevent psychopathological symptoms in relatives of people with personality disorders with self-care strategies and coping with stress or communication tools, among others.
