The Department of Infrastructure and Coastline is carrying out the maintenance work of the promenade of La Azohía, with the complete replacement of the 300 wooden posts and the 1,4000 meter meters that delimits the promenade.
The councilor of the Area, María Casajús, explained that “municipal operators have started this morning maintenance work to repair the poles and maromas that were very damaged.
It has begun with those who were in worse condition and will continue for two months until the tour is complete â€.
With an investment of 30,000 euros, this action will allow "on the one hand, ensure the safety of neighbors and tourists against possible falls, and on the other hand, improve the image of one of the tourist enclaves of the Cartagena coast" highlighted Casajús that has recalled that "it responds to a demand from the neighbors of La Azohía."
