While the residents of La Palma were demonstrating last weekend because of the lack of security in their streets and the residents of La Aljorra consider organizing again to patrol the streets themselves, the City Council of Cartagena is limited to replenish the casualties of municipal police for retirement.
From the municipal group VOX Cartagena we propose the installation of police stations in the populations of more than 3,000 inhabitants and the gradual increase of the municipal police staff up to 400 troops, all in order to increase the police presence and security in our neighborhoods and deputations, and not having to be the neighbors who go out to defend their lives and property against a common crime that is increasing.
