Next Wednesday, October 30 at 8:00 p.m. there will be a talk-debate entitled "Human Rights and LGTBI collective: Yogyakarta Principles" given by activist Mariano Beltrán.
The activity that has been organized by the LGTBI Association "GALACTYCO Collective" of Cartagena and Comarca in collaboration with Cartagena Piensa will be held in the cafeteria "The soldier of lead" in Cartagena.
Beltrán, is a native of the city of Murcia, Bachelor of Psychology, activist and observer of Human Rights.
He is also a member of the Consultative Council of the International Human Rights Foundation, collaborates with HumanRights Watch, the Canadian Association for Law and Truth "EnVero", participating, among other issues, in the dissemination and promotion of the Yogyakarta Principles.
