On Wednesday, October 23 at 7:30 p.m., the Music Unit of the Tercio de Levante, with the participation of the Orfeón of the Royal Veterans Brotherhood of the Armed Forces and the Civil Guard, will offer citizens a concert at the Town Hall square, before the Consistorial Palace of Cartagena, on the occasion of the celebration of the Veterans Day of the Armed Forces and the Civil Guard.
This celebration, institutionalized by the Ministry of Defense, is held annually every October 24 and is organized on a rotating basis by the Navy, the Earth and Air armies and the Civil Guard.
This year the organization corresponds to the Navy and will be held in Cartagena with different events on October 23 and 24.
The concert will be directed by Commander Jaime Enguídanos in which they will offer the public a program with traditional military marches, Havana, as well as the veteran's anthem and the seafaring salve.
