Cartagena Puerto de Culturas intensifies its programming for the November bridge where guided, theatrical routes and children's musical shows will fill the city's museums and interpretation centers with activities.
To carry out such programming, Augusteum schedules are extended, which will be open on Friday, November 1 and on the weekend and the Castle of the Conception that will extend its schedule to celebrate the children's musical Castillo Transylvania.
ROMAN ROUTE TO THE WORLD
On Friday, November 1, the theatrical route "Romans around the world: Carthago Nova destination" returns.
It is a nice theatrical route where a journalist will interview different characters from the Empire who have decided to come to Carthago Nova to seek their fortune.
An architect, an actor or a rich merchant, actors of the company Ditirambo Shows, in a humorous way, will explain to us the Museum of the Roman Theater, where the route will begin, continue through the Barrio del Foro Romano and end in the Augusteum.

MOMENTS OF HISTORY
Two guided routes have also been scheduled for the weekends of November and December conducted by official guides who will explain different chronological moments in the history of Cartagena.
On Saturdays "Cartagena, flavor three cultures".
A route where medieval history will be explained by climbing the most populated hill in the thirteenth century, where the Castillo de la Concepción stands.
From the Tower of Homage you can see the entire city and get the best views.
We will understand the struggles and conquests of Muslims and Christians and see the enormous importance that the port had in the Middle Ages, such as the time of the expulsion of the Jews.
The route descends to the Roman Theater, where the Church of Santa María la Vieja is bordered until reaching the Museum of the Roman Theater where there are medieval tombstones that appeared in the excavations of said site.
After the visit to the Theater, the route will end with the tasting of a medieval-inspired tapa.

A route composed of the most imposing Roman centers in the city, where the daily life of a citizen in Carthago Nova will be known.
Public buildings such as the Theater, the Baths and the Temples and private buildings will be visited as a beautiful home decorated with paintings and mosaics.

VIRTUAL VISITS
Another different way of approaching history is through the virtual visits of the Roman Theater Museum that take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
In this activity based on virtual reality, you can immerse yourself in the site and visualize it as it was in the first century.

CASTLE TRANSYLVANIA
For the little ones and in full celebration Halloween, the Castle of the Conception becomes the protagonist where a children's musical, Transylvania Castle, will make adults and children enjoy a terrifyingly fun bridge.
