The auditorium of the Teatro Romano Foundation will host throughout the week the meetings with author scheduled for this XX edition of the Week of the Historical Novel of Cartagena, starting this Monday with the writer María Dueñas, next to Cristina López Barrio.
Organized by the Association of the Historical Novel of Cartagena together with the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena, the activities began last week with a cycle of conferences focused on culture and heritage of Cartagena from last Tuesday, day 1 until Friday day 4, which counted as a final touch a concert held on Sunday in the Town Hall Square of the Santa Cecilia de Pozo Estrecho Artistic-Musical Society.
It will be this Monday when the most anticipated programming begins with the cycle of presentations by authors, which will be held from Monday to Friday, October 11, all of them at 8 pm in the auditorium of the Roman Theater Foundation next to The Town Hall Square.
At the end of each meeting, the authors will offer a book signing to the attendees.
PROGRAMMING PRESENTATIONS AUTHORS
Monday, day 7. María Dueñas who will talk about her work in general, sharing a table with Cristina López Barrio, finalist for the 2017 Planet Award, who will present her award-winning novel, 'Fog in Tangier'.
Tuesday, day 8. Fernando Da Casa will talk about his novel 'The Lentils of War' and Javier Pellicer will present the novel 'Leones de Aníbal'.
Wednesday, day 9. Isabel Abenia will tell us about her work 'The Last Sibyl' and Jorge Molist will present her novel 'Song of Blood and Gold'
Thursday, day 10. Lucía Santamaría Nájara will discuss her novel 'La Justicia de Cambises' and Teo Palacios author of 'Ashes and Death' will present his work.
Friday, day 11. Rafaela Cano will tell us about his successful novel 'La Senda del Rey' and the finalist of the 2018 Planet Award, Ayanta Barilli, will present his work 'A dark violet sea'
