The Youth Space of the Department of Youth of the City of Cartagena reports the start of the campaign, "Time to move 2019" through its Eurodesk point.
Time to Move is a catalog of events and activities for young people that takes place throughout the month of October in 35 European countries.
With this campaign, the Eurodesk Network wants to make known to all young people the hundreds of possibilities through which they can travel abroad and participate in international projects, explore Europe or get the experience they need for their future.
There are opportunities for everyone.
All activities are organized by Eurodesk Network informants willing to help participants find the project that best suits their needs:
-Volunteering in another country for a few months
-Create an academic semester in another country
-Practices in a foreign company.
HOW TO TAKE PART
This year, for the first time, the Qualified Multiplier Position of the Eurodesk Network in Cartagena, which is located in the Youth Area of ​​the Department of Youth, participates in this event with a calendar of activities that will be extended throughout the month and that will be given timely information through the website of the Department of Youth and its social networks.
There will be workshops, screenings of short films, an information stand during the Youth Associations Fair and the Artisan Market, organized by the Department of Youth on October 19 and 20, to a Human Library ... all with the sole purpose of young people participating in these activities can discover the opportunities that the European Union puts at their disposal.
In addition to attending Time to Move activities anywhere in Europe, from the Network they encourage using the hashtags # timetomove2019 and #eurodesk when uploading photos to Facebook or Instagram.
WHAT IS EURODESK
Eurodesk is a European network that offers a comprehensive information and guidance service to young people: through its Qualified Multiplier Points it disseminates opportunities on European mobility for learning, promotes informative content of youth interest and resolves individual queries that young people may raise .
The Eurodesk local information points are called Qualified Multipliers and are distributed throughout different towns and cities throughout Europe to make information available to young people both in person and through the Eurodesk tools, which currently has 53 points in Spain and 1,200 in 35 countries of the European Union.
In Cartagena, in 2016, the Mobility Space of the Youth Area of ​​the Department of Youth achieved that the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality granted him the status of a qualified multiplier information point at European level of the Eurodesk Network.
