Nacho Guerreros has concluded his speech calling to the troops and legions and asking that they raise their voices and shout "Long live Carthago and live the Fiestas de Carthagineses y Romanos".
With these last words, the act of the proclamation that has been accompanied by a show of fireworks and the song of the anthem of Cartagena has ended.
The party has moved to the festive camp that opened at 11 pm with the presence of troops and legions, the crier and the different members of municipal and regional institutions.
With the proclamation starts 10 days of festivities, where numerous events and activities have been scheduled such as The Qart-Hadast Foundation, the Anibal and Himilce Weddings, the Hannibal Departure to Rome, sports activities, a living chess or the opening of A vintage market.
