The Auditorium and Conference Center El Batel has organized, together with experts in continuous training of business travel managers, 'Forum Business Travel', a Fam Trip or familiarization trip.
This event will be attended this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 20, 21 and 22, professionals in the organization of corporate travel of nine major national companies.
With this event, Batel pursues a better positioning of the city of Cartagena in the business tourism market, showing the great potential of the city to the large invited companies.
This Fam Trip is part of the promotional campaign that the Cartagena audience carries out to increase the number of events it hosts in the city and improve the notoriety of the city in a sector as competitive as meeting tourism.
The big companies invited to the Fam Trip are: Gas Natural, Cemex, Danfoss Engineering, Knorr-Bremse, Amadeus IT Group, Atlantic Copper, Maxium and KieroCasa.
For all of them, an extensive program of activities and workshops has been prepared that will publicize the cultural and heritage offer, proposals for nautical activities, as well as local cuisine as great attractions when choosing a destination for your business events.
Among the guests is also the editor of Meet In magazine, Natalia Ros, a national reference for business tourism.
The program will begin with a work and training session focused on What are the keys to the best choice of a destination to organize a corporate event?
What issues matter and which ones are overrated?
In addition, a wide coverage of the trip will be made to publish, later, a report on it.
The Auditorium El Batel has counted for this event with the collaboration of the City Council of Cartagena through the consortium Cartagena Puerto de Culturas, in the organization of guided visits to different archaeological sites.
