As of September 2, the deadline for applications to participate in the selection process of the CONECTA program is open, which aims to prepare the test for obtaining the title of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).
The deadline for applications will remain open until next October 14.
The preparatory classes for the proof of obtaining the ESO degree are free.
It is planned to start mid-October at the Quarry Training Center and will end in June 2020, when the tests are carried out.
The selected students will receive three days of class a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) in the morning from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm.
The Conecta program has been developing since 2013 organized by the ADLE, this being the 7th call.
With this program, the Agency for Local Development and Employment intends to support the unemployed in the Municipality of Cartagena who have not obtained the ESO degree and those who want to submit to the Calve and Middle Degree Skills tests in order to continue their training with higher studies, and in turn improve their employability.
There have been more than 300 students who have benefited from this program throughout these years, obtaining very good results being between the June and September call.
90% of the students presented have obtained the ESO degree and therefore can improve their opportunities for access to employment.
