Within the European Mobility Week, the City of Cartagena today invites citizens to reflect on the space occupied by cars in the city and the use it could have if there were fewer vehicles.
And it does so expressly occupying several parking spaces in the Paseo de Alfonso XIII, in front of the Youth House, with planters. The planters contain vegetation with lots of color.
One way of thinking about the space that citizens lose from vehicles, since if there were fewer cars we could have friendlier streets with vegetation and more room for pedestrians.
