This Saturday, September 21 at 8:30 am, clubs from all over Spain will meet at the 1st Carthagineses and Roman Onda Cero Dragon Boat National Regatta.
There will also be fish tasting and you can view live the practice of snoring.
The departure will be in the Whale Tail of the Port of Cartagena.
The event has the support of the Cartagena City Council.
The president of the Federation of Troops and Legions of Carthaginians and Romans José Antonio Meca, the communication director of the Real Club de Regattas de Cartagena José Gómez Vizcaíno and Mari Carmen Barcelona, ​​of Onda Cero Cartagena, presented this Monday the sporting event.
From the Real Club de Regattas of Cartagena expect a large influx of participants, not only professionals but also amateurs.
In this sport they go between 12 and 20 paddlers in a narrow canoe on both sides of the boat with dragon head and tail.
The Dragon Boat has an Asian origin.

It consists of the exploded view of fish, such as mackerels or horse mackerels found in the El Gorguel Nursery, 5 nautical miles from Cartagena.
Through some divers, the food that will be used for snoring is selected.
There will be a gastronomic tasting in the Esplanade of the Port of Cartagena.
This will be one of the first acts of the Carthaginian and Roman Festivities, declared of International Tourist Interest, which will take place from September 20 to 29 in Cartagena.
