The Municipal Information and Administrative Processing Offices (OMITAS) of the City of Cartagena in Los Nietos and Los Urrutias will open in the afternoons of Tuesday and tomorrow Wednesday to attend the inquiries of citizens and advise them on how to claim damages suffered during the episode of cold gout lived in the early hours of last Friday, September 13.
Specifically, both offices that extended their business hours yesterday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will open those two afternoons from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Those affected by the floods have a period of seven days from the incident to present the corresponding documentation to the insurance consortium.
The City Council has enabled a special advisory service in OMITAS that informs of all the documentation they need, the places where they can claim and even offers those affected the possibility of helping them in the presentation.
From the Department of Decentralization it has been pointed out that at the moment they will open these two days in the afternoon, but that they could be expanded in view of the needs.
Inquiries can also be made in the rest of the OMITAS network at your usual time.
During the day yesterday, Monday, 70 inquiries from citizens were attended in this regard in these two omits and in La Manga.
