The Municipal Information and Administrative Processing Offices (OMITAS) of the Cartagena City Council will pay special attention to those affected by the floods from Monday, September 16.
The mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has asked all municipal services to give priority to those affected by the floods, both to solve the issues that depend on the municipal government and to channel their demands and requests.
The objective of offering service from OMITA is that the neighbors, especially those of the riverside towns and those of the most damaged councils, can record the incidents caused by the rains of the last days.
The municipal government, chaired by Ana Belén Castejón, wants to provide this measure to the neighbors with advice regarding the procedures before the insurance compensation consortium, as well as make an initial assessment of the damages suffered, both public and private, to transfer it to the Regional Government and the Government Delegation.
The neighbors can present their incidents in any of the 21 OMITAS distributed throughout the municipality or through the mail relvec@ayto-cartagena.es
