The Department of Public Safety, Public Roads and Celebrations of the City of Cartagena reports that, from Monday, September 16, the last section of Jara Street will be restricted to traffic until it intersects with Cuatro Santos Street.
The measure is permanent and with it, as explained by the Councilor for Security, Juan Pedro Torralba, the City Council of Cartagena wants to favor the transit of pedestrians and tourists who want to know the historical heritage of Cartagena, since they will stop passing cars down Cuatro Santos street
In this way, the passage of vehicles through the final section of Jara Street, where the Administrative Building of the City Hall is located, will be prohibited, except those that have a garage on this same street, which must now always enter and exit through Campos Street.
