The program of the City Council of Cartagena Talent Return has continued active during the summer months and has added a new contract, while increasing the number of interested users and a new partnership with the Navantia company.
Taking advantage of the summer months they have contacted and interviewed young users who have returned to their land during their holiday periods.
On July 22, Cepaim Foundation, Lucía Conesa, graduated in Social Work participant in the Talent Return to Cartagena program, joined as a humanitarian reception technician at the Cartagena Reception Service who works with the program “Humanitarian Care to migrants â€.
Lucía Conesa ran for the job offer published by the Cepaim Foundation on the website of the Return to Cartagena program and was selected as the ideal candidate to work with people of different nationalities.
He showed a great interest to continue learning and develop his professional career, proved to be enthusiastic and with a great predisposition to adapt to the team and their new tasks.
ALLIANCE WITH NAVANTIA
Another great news has been the interest and willingness of the company Navantia, at the beginning of August, to participate in the program of Return of Talent to Cartagena, in order to publicize the positions they plan to cover in the coming months and offer opportunities to young Cartagena talents attached to it.
This collaboration has been consolidated with the publication of several job offers on the web of the Return to Cartagena Program.
Return of Talent to Cartagena is a Program aimed at young emigrants between 18 and 34 years old who have been born, lived or studied in Cartagena, and want to return and develop a life project of their own in their land.
Through a technological platform, and with the support and advice of specialized counselors, connection processes will be established between the young emigrants from Cartagena who want to return and the business fabric of the city that can benefit from the talent of these young people.
