After his participation in the games in New York and Los Angeles, this local policeman from Cartagena won his first medal in these games held in Chengdu, China, in the 5-kilometer cross test, taking third place.
The gold came from the hand of the second test, the 3,000 obstacles on the track, while, finally, took second place in the 5,000 meters on the track.
He has been proud to represent Cartagena in these games and adds these three medals to the four he already counted from the previous World Cups.
