The program of Alternative Free Time, T-LA, of the Department of Youth of the City of Cartagena organizes to close its summer edition a trip to Cordoba for the weekend of September 27-29.
The cultural outing will allow the participants to walk through the old town of Cordoba and discover a beautiful network of narrow streets, squares and whitewashed courtyards arranged around the Mosque-Cathedral, reflecting the importance of the city in medieval times and authentic symbol of the capital.
The trip that costs 150 euros (per person) includes two nights in half-board accommodation, as well as a guided tour of Cordoba and the site with the greatest Spanish-Muslim legacy in the city of Córdoba and by extension in Al- Ándalus such as Medina Azahara, declared since 2018 by UNESCO, a World Heritage Site.
Those interested can formalize their registration at the Youth Resource Center, Paseo Alfonso XIII, No. 53, telephone 968 12 88 62, ext 4 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or by writing to youth resources @ ayto -cartagena.es.
