Cabo de Palos will say goodbye to the month of August this weekend with its popular festivals organized by the Association of Women Virgen del Mar, the Fishermen's Association and the Association of Neighbors, with the collaboration of the Department of Celebrations of the City of Cartagena.
The program of activities, which will take place between Friday 30 and Saturday 31, includes sardines, inflatables for children, batucada, foam party and mobile disco.
The attractions will take place on the esplanade of the port, next to the boathouse.
Initially they were going to take place next to the Wall of Salt, but at the last minute the work of rescue of the Turia cazaminas has prevented it.
The Navy has had to use this space to deposit the equipment and rescue material.
From the municipal services of Celebrations, Public Safety and Public Road, the necessary measures have already been taken to facilitate the change of location and finally allow the celebration of the festivities.
