The works of the playground of El Algar and the Plaza de la Constitución de Santa Lucía are practically finished.

Playmobil Park
In the case of El Algar, the space located between Lobo and José Nondeneu streets is one of the most anticipated infrastructures for the children of the county council and stands out for both its versatility and its design, thanks to what has become known as the park of Playmobil
The park has been built on an area of ​​more than 4,800 square meters, with three spaces perfectly delimited by a walk that include, in addition to the playground, a basketball court and a terrace area with picnic tables.
This new infrastructure has a budget of 126,952.42 euros and also includes a new woodland and LED lighting.
Constitution Plaza
The Plaza de la Constitución de Santa Lucía is a space with more than one hundred years of history where the residents of the neighborhood came to collect water for their homes and today presented a series of deficiencies that impeded their accessibility.
The reform of this square of 486 square meters has an investment of 49,465.88 euros.
The works consist of replacing the entire floor of the square with another of natural stone in white quartzite with steel details, such as the name of the square.
New LED luminaires will also be installed, landscaped areas will be improved and new street furniture will be placed.
“In the last year, remodeling works have been carried out in several places in this area, both in Santa Lucia and Lo Campano and in Los Mateos.
Specifically, La Estrella, La Marina, Nueva Santa Lucía, Pablo VI de Los Mateos or San Isidro de Lo Campano, which has meant an investment of almost 285,000 euros, â€recalled the councilor.
