During the August bridge, Cartagena Puerto de Culturas intensifies its day and night activities to offer a diverse and attractive offer of special activities.
On Thursday, August 15, a special pass on the theatrical route 'La Aventura de Colón' is scheduled, aimed at families with children, where the admiral will look for small crew members to enlist in the discovery of the new world.
This route will also be repeated on Saturday, August 17.
The route will begin in the Panoramic Elevator and will cross the Castle of the Conception with the exhibition of Isabel la Católica and will end with a ride on the Tourist Boat.
This activity can be done, at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, August 15 and on Saturday, August 17 and 31 and September 7 and 14. The price is 14 euros individual, 12 euros reduced and if you are from the Cartagena Club Port of Cultures, 7 euros.
On Thursday, from another point in the city, from the Museum of the Roman Theater will begin the guided route 'Cartagena, flavor three cultures', with gastronomic tasting, where the medieval Islamic and Christian historical succession is explained, until arriving at the Roman Theater and from There we rise to the hill of Asclepios, where is the Castle of the Conception, to get the best panoramic view of the port and the city.
This route includes a tasting lid.

At night, the sea becomes the protagonist, where we can watch the sunset from the bay of Cartagena on the Tourist Boat, accompanied by live music.

On Friday, August 16, the day begins with the guided route 'from Qart Hadast to Carthago Nova', at 11 am, from the Roman Theater Museum.
It will explain how the Punic Wars happened giving way to Roman splendor.
In the afternoon, Isabel la Católica awaits us at the Castillo de la Concepción on an interesting theatrical visit, where she will grant privileges to her subjects reinstating Cartagena and its port to the Crown of Castile.
This visit will be repeated on Tuesday and Friday in August, at 6:30 p.m.
It is accessed through the Panoramic Elevator and its price is 8 euros, in the case of the Cartagena de Culturas Club, 4 euros.
At nightfall, we can discover the Forum and the Roman Temples under the stars in an exclusive guided night tour with a very small capacity, where the dim light turns the Baths, the Banquet Building and the Temple of Isis, into a site very special that tells us the past of thousands of sailors in the Mediterranean.
This visit will begin at 9 pm, the price of which is 10 euros, 5 euros if you are a member of Cartagena Puerto de Culturas.
On Saturday, August 17, Christopher Columbus returns on a fun sea route, whose departure is from the Panoramic Elevator.
It ascends to the Castillo de la Concepción, and ends on a boat trip.

'I, the queen'
From the exhibition of the costumes of the series 'Isabel', from RTVE, and from the hand of the queen that gave way to the Renaissance, we will know the ins and outs of her reign, the great moment of the coronation loaded with symbols, the iconic marriage with Fernando II or the taking of Granada.
The queen arrives at the Castillo de la Concepción, to receive the subjects who appreciate the privileges granted to the city and its port.
The route will begin in the Panoramic Elevator and will cross the Castle of the Conception.
This activity can be done at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays of this month.

Guided route 'from Qart Hadast to Carthago Nova'
Relive the Punic Wars with the founding of the Carthaginian city and the splendor of the Roman city.
The route will begin at the Museum of the Roman Theater and will tour the House of Fortune and the Punic Wall.
Visitors will be able to carry out this cultural activity every Friday in August and on Friday, September 6.
