Islas Menores is at parties, as every year around this time, in honor of its patron saint, Our Lady of the Snows, which on Monday August 5 commemorated her day.
For this reason, Mass and procession were celebrated in the church of the coastal town of Mar Menor, acts that were attended by the Vice Mayor, Noelia Arroyo, and the second Deputy Mayor, Manuel Padín, accompanied by the mayor of the team of Government, Cristina Mora and Diego Ortega.
After the Eucharist, those attending the event accompanied the Virgin on her journey through the streets of the Minor Islands and along the promenade, until her return to the Church where the song of La Salve put the finishing touch to the festive events of this Monday.
