Regarding this situation, Ricardo Segado has highlighted "the fear that the service will close in the coming dates, which would be a terrible news since many of its users are people who can not have access to the Internet normally. and digital media due to lack of resources, turning to these classrooms for questions of vital importance such as job search or administrative procedures ".
