The best talent of the juvenile category has its appointment at the Resort Tennis Center to compete in the 38th Edition of the Championship.
Nico Almagro, current director of the Tennis Academy of La Manga Club, will sponsor the tournament that will bring together 128 tennis players representing all the Autonomous Communities.
The exclusive La Manga Club resort hosts the 38th Edition of the Spanish Individual Alevín and Doubles Championship organized annually by the Spanish Tennis Federation.
The competition, which takes place in the Tennis Center of the complex, will be attended by more than 120 participants aged between 8 and 12 in the individual female and male categories, as well as female and male doubles.
These young players represent each of the Autonomous Communities of the country and are the best of each of these Federations.
The event will begin on June 30 with the presentation of the teams of the different Federations represented by their respective captains and players, and will have Nico Almagro, new director of the Tennis Academy of La Manga Club, as sponsor of the tournament.
The Murcian tennis player is at the head of the management and organization of the daily academies of the Resort Tennis Center, after his recent withdrawal from the high competition with more than 17 years of experience in the elite of the sport and having won 13 ATP titles, 11 ATP World Tour 250 and 2 ATP World Tour 500, all on clay.
The first matches will start on July 1 and the finals will be played on Sunday, July 7.
La Manga Club has a long history as the venue for tennis events.
