On Saturday June 21, boys and girls belonging to the Council of Childhood and Adolescence of the City of Cartagena, held water activities as the culmination of the academic year at the Playa Paraíso Sports Complex.

The minors enjoyed a morning of coexistence enlivened by canoeing, volleyball and beach soccer.

With them, the council begins its summer vacation, meeting again in September to resume its work pace, focused on analyzing the situation of children and adolescents in Cartagena and provide their views and points of view to improve it.

The Council for Childhood and Adolescence is a body created within the Child Friendly Cities project, which has been developed for the past year at the City Council of Cartagena.

Thanks to this project, the commitment to work in the field of childhood and adolescence has been recognized and has been awarded to Cartagena with the Child Friendly City Seal.
