Agents of the Local Police of the City of Cartagena went last morning, to a street of the Historic District after receiving several calls of base 092 alerting of a flood of water, which emanated from the interior of a house.
The events took place at 3:45 am, when they went to the place and found that it was the rupture of a large inflatable pool, having to request the presence of firefighters from the Fire, Rescue and Protection Extinction Service Civil, in order to evacuate people from the affected building.
During the evacuation the police noticed the presence of 16 pots of marijuana, as well as 2 electrical transformers, 2 halogen lamps and 2 fertilizer cans.
The agents identified the owner of these plants and instruments, who were intervened, carrying out the police proceedings for an alleged crime against public health.
