These sessions with experts in the field aim to deepen from several aspects in the knowledge of the diseases associated with aging.
In addition, these days aim to give tools to socio-health professionals, caregivers and family members to face these pathologies and preserve the identity and autonomy of the sick.

On Thursday, June 13, the training sessions begin with the delivery of documentation at 9 o'clock.
At 9:30 am, the opening ceremony will be held.
At 10 am, the coordinator of AFAL Cartagena and Comarca Sonia Gayoso Requejo and the president of the María José Regueiro association will make a presentation of AFAL Cartagena and Comarca.
At 10:30 am, the occupational therapist Ruth Pastor will talk about technical aids and promotion of personal autonomy.
At 11:30 am, physiotherapist Ángeles Fernández will present attendees the experiences of therapeutic exercise in people with Alzheimer's.
At 12 o'clock, the person in charge of the unit of persons with disabilities of the City of Cartagena Enrique Bocos will present the current situation of disability in Cartagena.
The first day will end with a session on the protocol of action in the disappearance of adults.
On Friday, June 14, the neuropsychopharmacology will be treated in dementia, care and prevention in basic nursing care for people with these diseases or cognitive intervention in dementia.
The role of speech therapists, existing technologies for health and the present and future of neurodegenerative diseases will also be discussed.
