This coming Friday, June 7, the patron saint festivities of the town of Tallante will begin, which will revolve around their patron saint, San Antonio de Padua, and which will last until the 13th, filling the main streets with music and activities for all neighbors.
The festivities will begin with the traditional proclamation by Cristóbal Hernández, at 12 o'clock on Friday night, after the celebration of the 'Night of Migas'.
On Saturday 8th there will be activities throughout the day such as a morning bike ride, a vermouth, children's games for the little ones with snacks and the celebration of the big gala night with the performance of the magician 'Magic Cobra' and duet musical.
A mass at 12 o'clock on Sunday will start the 'Day rociero', which will be starring music throughout the day enlivened by the performance of Canela en Rama as well as a paella for all attendees.
As a charity work, the XII edition of the Sendero Path to Cañar will be held in favor of the Spanish Association Against Cancer that will end with a barbecue for all attendees.

Tallante will also host the 'Noche trovera' on Tuesday in charge of the trovera José María Marín Association and the participation of the Trophy Workshop of Galifa in collaboration with the Department of Culture, as well as a great dance and celebrations on Wednesday night as eve to the patron's day, San Antonio.
The program will culminate with the celebration of San Antonio Day on Thursday, June 13 with rockets that will start the day, followed by a Holy Mass, a Brotherhood Buffet and finally, the traditional procession accompanied by the drum band and cornetas in collaboration by the Concejalía de Festejos.
