Counselors of the Local Development and Employment Agency of the City of Cartagena have informed this Friday, May 31, students of the course 'Environmental management of product and marine pollution' on municipal resources on employment.
They have also received information about the different programs and actions developed by the ADLE in terms of employability, training, entrepreneurship and free placement agency.
The Project Jarcia aims to improve the skills of more than 130 unemployed through training oriented to the blue economy.
In addition, it aims to facilitate the labor insertion of 13 participants in sectors generating blue employment.
For this, students are trained in courses related to environmental management, marine pollution, legislation and Agenda 21, with a focus on sustainability.
Cartagena is not the only city in which the Rust project is being developed.
It is also carried out in: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Cádiz and Vigo.
This project is co-funded by the European Social Fund through the call for grants 2018 of the Empleaverde Program of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition.
