Los Barreros celebrates, from Wednesday 5 to Monday 10 June, its Spring Festival.
There will be five days of activities for all audiences that will be developed mainly in the Plaza de la Iglesia in this neighborhood.
The Neighborhood Association San Francisco Javier, in collaboration with the Council of Celebrations of the City of Cartagena, have developed a varied program for all ages.
On Wednesday, June 5 starts the holidays with Children's Day.
During this day, children can enjoy the attractions of the fair with various discounts.
On Thursday 6, the group Variety Magazine of Benidorm, at 22 hours, will put on the tables of the Burlesque nightclub the show 'Vedettismo'.
On Friday the 7th, many activities have been prepared for the youngest ones, such as children's games (races in bags or bike races) or the great Fiesta de la Espuma, where there will also be a disco to dance and sing the current musical hits.
The weekend, too, is loaded with activities such as the rake, organized by the San Francisco Javier Scouts, the tenth edition of the Olive Bone Toss Contest, the parade and children's costume contest or the performance of the musical duo Primera Línea .
All these activities are organized for Saturday 8, but, on Sunday 9, will take place painting workshops, Zumba classes and balloon twisting, organized by the Garden of Alice, the dance of Vermouth and Rociera Night with musical performance of Duo Nerea, accompanied by the Comparsa Divertilandia.
June 10 is the final highlight of the Los Barreros Spring Festival with the great paella in the church square, the tasting of homemade sweets and grandma's coffee (1 euro each).
Paella tickets can be purchased for 1 euro per serving during all parties at the festive venue, at Café-Bar Montercalo and at Cantina Felipe.
It will close the acts a great final trail.
The Cantina Felipe, also, has organized for Saturday 8, at 12 o'clock, the Sardinada.
The neighbors of this neighborhood will be able to taste this delicacy so summery.
On Friday, June 21, at 9:30 p.m., the Dance Festival will take place, organized by the dance studio Mª Dolores Bernal.
