On Tuesday, June 4, begins the third edition of the Summer Courses organized by the Popular University (UP) with a visit to the Roman Amphitheater and the conference on this site by the Director General of Archaeological Heritage of Cartagena, María del Carmen Berrocal.
The activity will begin at 10 am in the auditorium of the Roman Theater, and then continue with the visits to the site on Wednesday the 5th in two passes, informing the participants of the new findings of the Amphitheater.
The courses will run until June 28, mainly at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center and will last between 6 and 15 hours each with various topics such as cooking, ecological sewing, wicker, creative arts with metal jewelry, among others, and languages.
The university has also organized a summer cinema at the initiative of the Department of Culture.
