With the objective of personalizing employment services, the Agency for Local Development and Employment of Cartagena starts a new pilot experience to achieve labor insertion working with a group of ten women over 40 years of age with family responsibilities, with different profiles, training and professional experiences.
All of them will work for two months on a job search methodology, based on market research and real employment options, generation of networks and professional contacts, preparation of the selection process and job interviews, among others. activities that will improve their employability.
The participants have, at all times, the support of a multidisciplinary team from the intermediation area of ​​ADLE, which will be responsible for preparing the candidates to be more attractive to the selectors, so that they overcome the first curriculum filters and will contact Companies potentially interested in these profiles, so that we generate synergies with the Placement Agency and thus achieve the main objective of job placement.
The agency is already in the first phase of profile selection and connecting the candidates with companies in the area.
