During its first months of travel, the program 'Return of Talent to Cartagena' has already established contact with 50 companies and with more than 100 young emigrants and returnees.
The collaborating companies are welcoming this initiative and publishing their job offers on the return website www.retornoacartagena.es
In the last meeting held on April 17, 14 young people and family members attended, as well as the entire professional team.
In it they shared experiences, transferred their concerns and expectations about the return to Cartagena.
Personal interviews were conducted to know the personal and professional profile of each of the future returnees, in order to optimize the return opportunities.
Today there are several very advanced selection processes and have a new recruitment of a young Cartagena, Federico López-Cerón Robles, graduated in Business Administration and Management, from Poland who returns to work as Supply Chain Coordinator. an important multinational based in the Campo de Cartagena.
This young man joins the previous hiring of Carmen Cal de Lara, graduated in Tourism, by the company DosFarma, demonstrating the good reception and the need to carry out programs of this type.
