The Local Government Board, meeting this afternoon with extraordinary character, has unblocked the urban development of the Las Dunas Partial Plan in Cabo de Palos.
Specifically, the municipal executive has agreed the initial approval of the punctual modification No. 2 of the Partial Plan of the Sector CP2, incorporating the result of the consultations made to other public administrations during the process of exposing the strategic environmental report.
The agreement of the Governing Board will be submitted again to public information for a month.
The Governing Board has also dismissed the claim made by Hansa Urbana, SA for the resolution of the program of action of the sector SG-1 San Ginés de la Jara, in force since 2006. The board has not accepted the arguments of the promoter to understand that the alleged breach had occurred on the part of the company.
In another order of things the Board has approved a grant of 9,000 euros to the Brotherhood of Romeros of San Ginés de la Jara, organizer of the Pilgrimage of San Ginés and another of 66,057 euros corresponding to the payment of the agreement with APANDA (Association of Parents of Children with Auditory Deficiencies) to carry out language reeducation treatments for students of the municipality of Cartagena during the year 2019.
