Sixteen dishes, eight savory and eight sweet, competed this Tuesday, May 14, to take first place in the XXV Kitchen Contest held in Pozo Estrecho and organized by the Association of Housewives of the town.
The event, framed within the Spring Festival, which took place in the Local Social, was attended by the councilor for Equality, David Martinez, and the president of the Neighborhood Board, Carolina Alvaro.
Of the dishes that could taste the jury include artichokes with ham, rice with milk, orange flan, a cake shaped like a source made with fondant or sugar fondant, coquitos, meringues, tartlets of wild berries or stews of the grandmother.
All accompanied by red and sweet wines.
