Between Thursday 16 and Friday 17 May, the short film exhibition in the Semana Corta section will be held as part of the Mucho Más Mayo festival.
The first day, the screening will take place on the esplanade in front of the Casino of the San Antón neighborhood, and on Friday it will be in the Plaza de San Francisco, starting at 10:00 pm in both.
The Short Week, which this year reaches its tenth edition, is a show of short films that is characterized by being held on the street and by encouraging dialogue between short filmmakers and the public.
As usual, it has three sections: Cartagena (short films by filmmakers from Cartagena), Región de Murcia (by directors from the rest of the Murcia Region) and Abierta (other filmmakers).
The Short Week is coordinated by Ana Ballabriga (Visual DNA).
To this sample, more than 200 short films were submitted to selection, of which 27 were shortlisted, of plurality of genres and nationalities.
